2: Uterine Corpus Malignancy

The uterus is the most common site of gynaecological malignancy in the Western world (lifetime risk 2.5%) but fortunately has a relatively good prognosis compared to ovarian and cervical cancers. There are a range of uterine malignancies, including carcinosarcoma or leiomyosarcoma, which are rare but require specialised treatment.
