3. Nasopharynx
Surgical resection of nasopharyngeal tumours is complicated by complex anatomy, difficult reconstruction and frequent positive margins. Radiotherapy has been the classical treatment option for these malignancies. Concurrent chemotherapy has made an entrance in the last decade.
