e) Gynaecomastia
Gynaecomastia is a common occurrence in elderly men, due to reduced testosterone production. It is regularly seen in patients treated with hormonal therapies for prostate cancer. Radiotherapy remains a potential treatment in this condition, particularly for the older population.
