Anal Cancer
Anal cancer is a uncommon tumour that has high morbid potential. Radiotherapy has been shown to be equivalent in terms of survival but with sphincter preservation relative to surgery. Chemotherapy improves sphincter preservation rate at the expense of added toxicity.
