Reports are the 'fun' bit (depending on your point of view) of getting all of the data into the database in the first place. If there's no way to evaluate the data then you are potentially wasting your time (outside of the other benefits of paperless departments). Unfortunately reports can be difficult to generate and usually require reasonable computing skills.
