J: Aetiology Of Cancer
What causes cancer? I often say "Getting older and bad luck", but there are numerous genetic and environmental factors that can influence the development of cancer in a particular individual. Some of these are cancer specific; eg. Helicobacter pylori infection in MALT lymphoma of the stomach, but others are more general and I aim to cover them here.
